Dance Representative of Tamil-Nadu	P.T. Narendran, Bharata Natyam Dancer choreographer, teacher INDIA He is one of the best male dancers in India and principal dancer at the prestigious Fine Arts Academy Kalakshetra, Chennai (the unique reference institution for Indian dance). After having been awarded the post-graduate diploma with first class honours, he spent the next ten years teaching at Kalakshetra. He is a lucky pupil of Smt. Rukmini Devi, the founder of the prestigious academy, who has been not only working with classical Bharatanatyam but, also modern dance projects from Kalakshetra to Rudra Bejart Ballet. As a freelance Bharatanatyam dancer, choreographer and teacher, he has given solo dance recitals, lecture demonstration and work-shops all over the world. He also work as a visiting dance teacher at Rudra Bejart Ballet, Lausanne and Principle dancer at Kalakshetra Chennai.
Dance Representative of Italy	Surya (Italy) Bharata Natyam dancer ITALY She made her very first Bharata Natyam dance steps at the age of 4 under the guidance of some of the greatest Indian teachers as Smt. Ambika Buch, P.T. Narendran. She has performed in numerous events in Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, Rumania, Slovenia, Croatia, Argentina, Egypt, India etc. And for Italian television stations, as Canale 5, Tg Tre, Tg1, Rete4, etc. The most important newspapers and magazines have written about her and her dancing: ViviMilano -Corriere della Sera has featured her on the front cover etc. She performed in the arena of the great Festival of India, FORUM, Assago, Italy and was a true revelation of this festival. She teachs Indian Dance in Italy, Argentina, Rumania etc. She received the Arangetram in August 2003.

Dance Representative of Orissa	Padmashree Dr.Ileana Citaristi INDIA Padmashree Dr.Ileana Citaristi holds a Doctorate in Philosophy with a thesis on ‘Psychoanalysis and eastern mythology’. She has come to Indian dance after years of experience in the traditional as well as experimental theatre in Europe. Ileana has been living in Orissa, India, since the year 1979 in close contact with the people, their language and culture. She has by now performed in all the major festivals in India and also in Italy, Argentina, Poland, France, Germany. Holland, Denmark, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Japan, USA, Australia, Israel Canada and South Korea. ‘A’ grade artist from Cuttack Television, Ileana has been awarded the prestigious title ‘Leonide Massine for the art of dance’ and the ‘Raseshwar’ award by the Sur Singar Sansad, Bombay, in December 1994. In 2006 she has been awarded with the title of Padmashree for her contribution to Odissi dance by the President of India.
Dance Representative of Gujarat	Manasi Sharad Pandya from Baroda, Gujarat (India) had her training in Bharatanatyam and Odissi since her childhood.
